We can also provide renovation and repair services for property managers. Our geographic market is the greater Tri County area of Southeastern Michigan.  We can operate as the general contractor utilizing our own employees to provide electrical and drywall services. This eliminates the use of multiple subcontractors as well as the scheduling hassles that occur when using subcontractors.
